Based upon the renowned program Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program by Jon Kabat Zinn, this four week workshop will teach you how to be mindful in your daily life. Research has shown that mindful meditation and simple yoga techniques are very helpful in our ability to cope with long term stress, chronic pain and illness and most importantly in our day to day living.
