- What is Generalized Anxiety?
In my practice I often see people who worry a lot. They worry about finances, health, children, you name it and they have a worry for it. Sometimes, these worries are natural and understandable, other times they are not. Sometimes, these thoughts are overwhelming and people feel as though their thoughts are racing and they are playing catch up. Other times people report that there is a vague feeling of things that can go wrong.
